SBZ certified electronic invoicing provider

SBZ P.C. is a provider of electronic invoicing by the Hellenic Ministry of Economy and Finance, with license number: 2023_05_113SBZ IKE_001_EMDI_V1_18052023.

The responsibility lies with real-time transmission to the AADE of the digital documents to be issued, in order to receive the necessary Unique Registration Number marking.

Incentives for implementing e-invoicing

In order for your business to benefit from the tax incentives provided, it must use our service exclusively for the issuance of all its revenue documents. The details of the tax incentives are described in detail in article 71F of Law 4172/2013.

Taxation

The prescribed five-year period is limited by two (2) years or one (1) year, as the case may be, within which the Tax Administration can issue an act of administrative, estimated or corrective tax determination (from five to three for the issuer and in four for the receiver).

Purchase of equipment

The expenditure for the initial supply of technical equipment and software required for the implementation of electronic invoicing is fully amortized in the year of implementation, increased by a percentage of 100%.

Usage Fee

The expense for the production, transmission and electronic filing of electronic invoices for the first year of issuing sales documents through electronic invoicing is increased by 100%, which is recognized as a deduction from the gross income from business activity.

Tax Refund Claims

Forty-five (45) days is the deadline for tax refund requests that relate to the fiscal year or fiscal years for which issuers choose and apply electronic invoicing exclusively.

EMDI is connected to the official provider NOVUS CONCEPTUS and issues documents with electronic marking. Each legal retail document issued costs from €0.10 each. Prices in detail:
