In the fields it is possible the autocomplete function, you can create custom lists per field.
For example in Customers/Suppliers when creating or editing a customer and want in the region field to have a certain selection list for example: Paris, Lyon then in previous entries using these regions just insert “-” before the entry:
-Paris
-Lyon
The autocomplete function, if there is even one entry with “-“ shows only these entries.
