The “Digital Tools for SMEs – Phase B” program is a significant initiative aimed at enhancing the digital maturity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Greece. Its goal is to provide subsidies for the acquisition of digital tools and services, contributing to the modernization and competitiveness of businesses.

Key Program Details

Eligible Beneficiaries:

  • Existing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and self-employed professionals who have not received support in a previous round of the program.
  • Employment of staff is not required.
  • All business activities are eligible, except for certain exclusions specified in the program guide.

Eligible Expenses:

  • The program covers the procurement of software and equipment (hardware), provided that the subsidized digital solution includes a software-related expense.
  • Installation, customization, and training services are also subsidized.

Subsidy Rate:

  • The subsidy covers up to 90% of the total cost of the digital solution, depending on the business category and the region of operation.

Application Process:

  • Interested parties can submit funding applications through the program’s digital platform.
  • Applications are evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis, and selected beneficiaries receive vouchers for acquiring digital tools.

  • Application Submission:
    From April 22 to May 9, 2025
  • Voucher Issuance & Commitment Period:
    From May 26 to June 20, 2025
  • Voucher Redemption Deadline:
    Until June 30, 2025
  • Cooling-off Period:
    Until July 15, 2025
  • Program Completion:
    Until September 15, 2025, by which time all payments must be completed
