Apps (optional)
Some companies have extra apps in their package. If you do not see them, they are probably not included for you.
You usually open them from a link under Settings → Apps or from a home-page shortcut. Access may use a special link with a key — use the one your administrator gave you.
Parking
App for vehicle entry/exit by license plate.
- Open Parking from its link.
- Enter the plate for check-in.
- On exit, find the plate and finish the visit.
- Print if a print button is shown.
Details (forms, camera, product/payment) are set under Settings.
Stock
A separate app for stock movements (not the main menu product list).
- Open the Stock link.
- Follow the screen for in/out or count, as your company configured it.
- Save each movement before you leave the screen.
Custom reports
If you have the report builder, open it from the link in Settings. For daily work, prefer the ready reports under Revenues/Expenses/Reports. The builder is for an advanced user.
Other tools under the apps folder (for example email or QR helpers) are not separate menus for everyday users.
