OpenCart module for Zeni Chatbot

The Zeni Chatbot module for OpenCart 3.x gives you two things:

  1. Knowledge links — ready URLs for Zeni Knowledge Bases.
  2. Show bot — the chat widget in your store.

Easy install (recommended)

  1. In Zeni open Knowledge Bases and download OpenCart module (ZIP).
  2. In OpenCart Admin go to Extensions → Installer → Upload.
  3. Upload zeni-chatbot-opencart.ocmod.zip.
  4. Go to Extensions → Extensions → Modules, install Zeni Chatbot, then Edit → Enabled → Save.
  5. If needed: Extensions → Modifications → Refresh.

Knowledge links

  1. In the module settings, copy the Catalog Knowledge link.
  2. In Zeni open Knowledge Bases and paste the URL into the XML URL field.
  3. Click Index when you are ready.

There is also an Orders Knowledge link with customer data — keep it private.

URLs require the token. Optional: &modified=YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.

If you already use the old PHP exporter, you can keep it. When you want, switch the XML URL to the module link.

Show bot

  1. In Zeni open the Widget tab and copy your widget API key.
  2. In the module enable Show bot, paste the key, and save.

The widget loads from https://chat.sbzsystems.com. If you already pasted the script manually, keep only one method.
