There is a free application called myErgani app.
As informed in www.gov.gr/en/:
myErgani app is a mobile application with a simple personalised access to the information declared by employers regarding your employment in the Ergani Infrormation System. To use the myErgani app, you will need your personal access codes from the governmental service TaxisNet.

- During the employee census/staff scheduling phase, employers submit for each employee their identification details (Tax Identification Number, Last Name, First Name), as well as contractual weekly working hours as determined by Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) or Arbitration Decision, the application of a 5-day or 6-day work week, overtime provision, break allocation within or outside working hours, and the existence of a fixed weekly or variable per-day working hours schedule (e.g., in cases where the business operates in shifts).
- Regarding work scheduling, businesses declare each week for each employee the working hours, leaves, and overtime.
- Recording of actual working time:
With the initiation of the first phase of implementing the Work Card from 1/7/2022, businesses daily and promptly (in real-time) communicate to the ERGANI Information System the start and end times of work for each employee who works physically present at the business premises on any given day. - Businesses have the option of directly integrating the timekeeping system with the new mechanism of the Work Card in the ERGANI Information System.
- The start/end declaration can be submitted via a new application for mobile devices called Ergani Card Scanner for businesses, through which the Work Cards of employees (in QR Code format) will be scanned upon arrival/departure from work.
