In the General tab you set response creativity, allowed URLs, and the main system prompt for your chatbot.
- Response creativity: Use the slider in General to control how focused or varied responses should be. Lower values are more consistent. Higher values are more flexible.
- Allowed URLs: Add one website URL or domain per line for sites that are allowed to load your widget. This setting matters during deployment because an empty list blocks embedded use.
- Main system prompt: Write the core instructions that define tone, rules, business limits, and how the assistant should use your knowledge. You can use Improve to refine the prompt, then Save Settings to apply it.
- Intention collection order: Optional switch in General. When on, intention can propose which collections to search first using your Routing settings (Title, Intention, Domain, Relevance, Results, Balance; and keywords only when KW+ is on). When off, the classic order is used. KW+ only boosts keyword routing — collections with KW+ off are still searched.
Important: The widget checks the current page URL when it loads. If the page is not on your allowed list, or if the allowed list is empty, the embedded widget will not run.
