Sign in to your account to open the admin dashboard. This is where you configure your chatbot, manage its knowledge, and generate the code used on your website.
The admin panel is organized into tabs for Results, General, Knowledge Files, Knowledge Bases, Routing, Widget, and Logs. After you sign in, Results opens first so you can see how the chatbot helped your visitors. Use the other tabs to configure your chatbot, manage its knowledge, and generate the embed code for your website. Open Profile, Users, Help, or Logout from the account button (person icon) at the right of the top header when you need account details, team chat logins, documentation, usage, or to sign out.
