4 FINANCING OPTIONS

1. One-time purchase of 900€

The installation of EMDI will be on your own computer.

1st year of support and software updates are included. The software subscription & support renewal cost is 135€ per year and includes telephone support and updates. Our software does not lock even if the annual fee is not paid.

2. Pay in 6 monthly installments of 155€

The installation of EMDI will be on your own computer.

The installments are paid through a bank account, credit card, or PayPal. If your monthly installment is not deposited on time, EMDI will shut-down until you make a successful payment. When you deposit the owed amount, the program will open again.

1st year of support and software updates is included. The software subscription & support renewal cost is €135 per year and includes telephone support and updates. Our software does not lock even if the annual fee is not paid.

3.  As a monthly rental of 52€ – pay as you go

The installation of EMDI will be on your own computer.

The subscription is paid through a bank account, credit card, or PayPal. If it is not deposited on time, EMDI will shut-down until you make a successful payment. When you deposit the owed amount then the program will open again.
The software subscription & support services are included in the rental cost.

4.  Cloud, a monthly subscription of 29€

There is no need for any installation and you can use the EMDI from any computer, tablet, or mobile.

The subscription is paid through a bank account, credit card, or PayPal. If it is not deposited on time, EMDI will shut-down until you make a successful payment. When you deposit the owed amount then the program will open again.
The software subscription & support services are included in the rental cost.

 

Support

Annual support is optional and includes remote support for the program and the right to upgrade to all its new releases.

When a customer is out of support and chooses not to pay the annual subscription fee, there are two cases:

  1. The customer will get charged all annual support subscriptions that have not been paid (if more than 3 annual support subscriptions are pending, there is a 40% discount on the initial cost of the subscriptions)
  2. The customer will get charged the amount agreed per incident (for example, database correction 60 euros, backup recovery 60 euros, transfer of the program to another computer 60 euros, print invoice settings 30 euros, etc.)

 

For all of the above:

  • The cost of installation, configuration, and the design of one invoice form, based on the customer’s requirements, is not included and the cost, for doing remotely, is 60 euro.
  • The EMDI has already integrated basic printing forms.
  • Each additional license, support subscription, costs 50% of the original.
  • VAT not included.
