On-premises

The installation of EMDI will be on your own computer. The subscription is paid through a bank account or credit card. If it is not deposited on time, EMDI will close until you make a successful payment. When you deposit the owed amount then the software will be available again.

Cloud

There is no need of any installation and you can use the EMDI from any computer, tablet or mobile. The subscription is paid through a bank account or credit card. If it is not deposited on time, EMDI will close until you make a successful payment. When you deposit the owed amount then the software will be available again.

Support

  • Software upgrade subscription is optional and includes remote support for the program and the right to upgrade to all its new releases. In case that the customer chooses not to pay it, any support that is done by telephone is priced according to the type of work and is done only after the client has deposited the amount of money agreed. The software is not locked even if the annual subscription is not paid as long as the customer informs us that he does not want to have support and new releases.
  • Annual support is mandatory when using online services such as courier connection, e-shop, customer identification via VAT number, etc. If the customer does not wish to pay for it, the respective services are discontinued.
  • When a customer does not pay the annual subscription fee and need support, there are two cases:
        
    1. The customer will be charged for all unpaid annual support. In this case, it is also entitled to upgrade.
        2. The customer will be charged whatever amount is agreed per incident (for example: database fix  60.00, backup recovery  60.00, transfer of program to another computer  60.00, invoice design  30.00 etc.). In this case he is not entitled to upgrade.

For all of the above:

  • The cost of installation, configuration and the design of one invoice form, based on customer's requirements, is not included and the cost, for doing remotely, is  60.00.
  • The EMDI has already integrated basic printing forms.
  • VAT not included.
