SBZ Staff is an app for recording attendance and leave.

  1. Sign in

    • Open the login page and enter the email and password your company gave you.
    • If the account is pending, wait for approval.
    • If it is active, you sign in and see your dashboard.
    • If it was rejected or is disabled, you cannot sign in — talk to your admin.
    • If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot password”.

     

  2. Role

    There are two staff roles:

    Role What you can do
    Employee You see your QR, request leave, and update your profile. You clock attendance at the company QR station.
    Online employee The same, and you can also check in, take a break, and check out from your dashboard (without scanning a QR).
  3. Dashboard and QR

    Open the dashboard to see:

    • check-in and check-out times for the current day,
    • a week summary,
    • your personal QR code.

    Scan the QR at the company station for check-in and check-out. You can also add the QR to your phone wallet.

  4. Scanning at the QR station

    At the workplace there is a station (phone, tablet, or computer).

    1. Scan your personal QR with the camera (or type AFM or AMKA).
    2. The system records in order: check-in, break, check-out.
    3. If an error message appears, read it. It often means the previous step is still open (for example an open break).

     

  5. Clocking from your phone or computer (online employees only)

    If you are an Online employee, your dashboard has buttons for:

    • check-in,
    • start and end break,
    • check-out.

    Use the same order as at the station. If you leave early, you will be asked for a reason.

  6. Work time and break

    On the dashboard you see how long you worked and how much break time you used.
    Your company sets how many break minutes are allowed. Before check-out, end the break first if it is still open.

  7. Leave and notes

    Open Leaves in the calendar.

    • Leave: annual, sick, or unpaid. With or without approval, depending on settings, by the admin.
    • Day note: a general note or an appointment. It is not leave and does not go through leave approval. Only the employee and the employer see it.

    To change or cancel leave that already exists, use change / cancel inside Leaves. Do not create a second leave on top of the same period.

  8. Profile, notifications, and install

    In Settings you can change name, email, phone, AFM, AMKA, and photo.
    You can also turn on browser notifications and install SBZ Staff on your phone home screen.

  9. Wallet (optional)

    If your company has it enabled, you can add your QR to Apple or Google Wallet for easier clocking.

  10. Green / red ERGANI mark

    If your company is connected to ERGANI, a label appears next to your attendance:

    • Green — sent correctly.
    • Red — not sent. You can tap to retry. Sometimes a delay reason is required.

    If it stays red, talk to your admin.

  11. Notifications

    • In the app — for example leave approved or rejected.
    • Email — messages that were sent to you.
    • Push — if you turn them on in Settings.
    • SMS — SMS messages that were sent to you.

     

  12. Common problems

    • Camera does not open at the station: Allow the camera in the browser and try again.
    • “Already checked out” or a similar message: The day may already be closed, or you have an open break. Ask your admin if a fix is needed.
    • Pending account: Wait for approval or contact your company.
    • App will not install: Open the site with https and use Safari (iPhone) or Chrome / Edge (Android, computer).
    • I want to check out but my break is open: End the break first, then check out.
    • Forgot password: Tap “Forgot password” or ask your admin for help.
