Here you set the recycling fee in EMDI so it is sent correctly to myDATA with the document.
When you sell goods with a recycling fee that must be declared as a fee (not as a normal VAT line).
Open Settings → Tax connections → Variable mapping and fill the yellow myDATA fields on the related document / VAT. The basics are in the main myDATA mapping article.

In myDATA the recycling fee maps to fees category 17 (recycling fee per item). Set the income/fees type as in the screenshot.
