EMDI currently supports connections with most courier companies:
ΕΛΤΑ Courier, ACS Courier, Speedex, Geniki Tachydromiki, Courier Center, FIS Courier, TAS courier, GT courier, Svuum, Easy Mail, Red Courier, Turnaround Courier
(the examples that follow is for the Greek courier companies but EMDI can support connection with foreign courier companies)

If we want to use additional features that support some courier companies, we need to create 4 new items with unit of measure with the following descriptions:
- DELIVERY SATURDAY
- DETERMINED TIME
- SPECIAL MANAGEMENT (DHL: Next to the description we put the type or types separated by a comma, e.g. SPECIAL MANAGEMENT EXPRESS, MEDICAL, ACS: With return voucher, ELTA: Special handling, SPEEDEX: Express delivery, GENERAL: Special charge.)
- PAY ON DELIVERY OR COST OF PAYMENT * This variable is not necessary because it also works with the payment method provided it is set as a credit in the settings (Paid: No)
- SHIPPING PACKAGES (DHL: Next to the description with the symbol * we put the dimensions of the parcel in centimeters, e.g. SHIPPING PARCELS*10*2*5)
- RECEIVING FROM COURIER OFFICE
- RECIPIENT BILLING FOR SHIPPING CHARGES
