If a document is not successfully transmitted to myDATA or the e-invoicing provider when it is entered in EMDI, you can try sending it again.
Open the document and click “Reprint”.
- If the print or document delivery options window appears immediately, the transmission was completed successfully.
- If an error message appears, the document was not transmitted. The message explains the reason for the failure, allowing you to make the necessary corrections.
