When you sell manufactured tobacco and VAT is not shown separately like on a normal invoice.
Open Settings → Tax connections → Variable mapping and fill the yellow myDATA fields on the related document / VAT. The basics are in the main myDATA mapping article.

What the codes mean
The special scheme / exemption reason is code 21 (VAT included – Article 51 / former 44). Documents often state that VAT is not deductible.
